I'll start adding formal time stamps on how long into my gameplay I am. I have to add up all my random games since I started Tomb Raider on the PS3, moved to Steam, and also picked up Ori and the Blind Forest.
But I'm about 9-10 hours into gaming. I've been live streaming several of those hours. The results?
Well, my ability to navigate my characters - jump, run, etc... - is improving. Slowly. I learned how to move the camera angle only 3 or 4 hours into Tomb Raider 😅I managed to restart Tomb Raider on the PC and breeze through the areas I'd been through on the PS3. I also picked up a ton of extra hidden treasures my second time through that I didn't see before. So there's that.
Still a lot of death going on. So much death.
Ori and the Blind Forest is gorgeous. I adore playing that game even if I do spend 30 minutes just trying to figure out how to explode a spider web. And even the "bad guys" in this game are cute little gremlin things.
But I'm enjoying it. I'm actually legitimately enjoying it. I expected that I would get tired of gaming like I usually do, but I think as I see myself getting through it farther and better, I am more excited to continue playing.
My boyfriend thinks it's hot that I'm gaming.
I found out that I mumble and talk super quietly when I have a camera on me. Or possibly just in general. Gonna have to work on that if I'm going to keep up a good livestream. Which I want to do, because it's more fun when there are people along for the adventure.
